ALSO Presents Work at APHA
The Alliance of Local Service Organizations (ALSO) presented twice at the American Public Health Association’s 139th Annual Meeting & Exposition on October 31 and November 1. ALSO’s presentations were titled, “Community Violence and Intimate Partner Violence: Understanding and Addressing the Connections” and “Bystander Intervention in an Urban Environment”.
The presenters were Jenna Musselman Palles, LCSW, Program Director, and Melvin Santiago, CeaseFire Outreach Supervisor.
